In addition to giving your sales force the traditional processes and procedures they need in their roles, JPL Consulting specialise in the use of tools and techniques from various schools of behavioural science—giving your sales force a greater awareness of their own behaviours and those of their clients.

Our sales excellence workshops and coaching programs focus on improving the performance of your sales force both individually and as a team.

Unlike traditional training programs our programs focus on the different needs of each individual and the attributes and characteristics most needed to perform successfully in their roles.

Your people will come away from our workshops with individual development plans that establish a structured pathway toward building strengths in areas identified for improvement.

These plans can be monitored and adjusted in follow-up one-on-one coaching sessions.

Effective Management

Effective management and leadership can be the cornerstone of good business. In our workshops we take an in depth look at the challenges managers face when leading others. With some pre work questions prior to the workshops each manager has the opportunity to workshop some of the challenges they are facing as manager with other participants who are in similar roles. In the workshop managers are also presented with methods and techniques they can use to coach, mentor and lead their teams.

As in our sales workshops, managers have the opportunity to draw up their own personal development plans aimed at improving their roles as managers and leaders.

Further coaching is also given as part of the management training package. We have an additional elective workshop that provides a sales manager with techniques tools and methods they can use to train and mentor a sales force.
